8/7: Still attempting to resolve this amicably via AMEX dispute. Provided video evidence, and a new statement. Have also downloaded the small claims form and started filling this out, as it will be the next step. I've been in contact with Louis Rossmann, and he's got nothing good to say about Best Buy. I've also been in contact with literally dozens of Best Buy employees most who have reached out from my various post on the Best Buy subreddits. The stories I've read are both insane and depressing. I've never seen so many people who hate their employer, and consider their job so miserable. Not one employee who has reached out to me has a positive outlook for the company. I think it's just a matter of time before Best Buy is gone.

7/25: Production is really coming along. Should have something good soon. Very excited to get this project fully realized. Best Buy is one of the worst companies I've ever encountered, and bringing public awareness to the shit they pull is for the betterment of consumers. Consumers have rights, and when a company like Best Buy so brazenly shits on those rights, be prepared for the blowback. The amount of emails already received has been amazing, and really gives me hope that we can get this off the ground. In just the last week we've received over 2000 unique real visitors, not bots or scrapers. Just truly amazing.
